1. Using TronXVI

You may use TronXVI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users. You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. AI-generated responses

TronXVI uses automated systems to generate responses and may use enabled search, image, or other capabilities. Responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review important information and obtain professional advice before relying on an output for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

3. Prohibited use

• Do not use the service to break the law, harm people, or violate another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user’s account, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malware, credentials, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use automated access or extraction in a way that places unreasonable load on the service.

4. Your content

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give TronXVI the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process, display, and return that content so the requested features work. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

5. Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party providers. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices may apply when you use those features. TronXVI is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, content, or policies.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain, improve, or protect it. We may also update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Important legal rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified in your location. Where consumer guarantees or other mandatory rights apply, they continue to apply.
