Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 September 2026
This policy explains what information TronXVI may handle, why we use it, and the choices available to you. We aim to collect only what is needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
1. Information we handle
- Account and authentication details, such as your name, email address, and sign-in provider.
- Messages, files, images, and other content you choose to submit to TronXVI.
- Chat history, preferences, saved projects, and settings that you choose to keep.
- Basic device, browser, diagnostic, and security information needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide chat and account features, authenticate users, keep the service safe, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and understand how to improve the product.
When a feature requires it, submitted content may be sent to the model, search, storage, or media providers needed to complete that request. Do not submit information that you are not allowed to share with those providers.
3. Local storage and chat history
Some preferences and chat history may be stored in your browser so the interface can remember your settings and recent conversations. You can clear that local data through the available product controls or your browser settings.
4. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that host the app, provide authentication, process an enabled capability, or help us secure and support the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
These providers may process information outside your country. The safeguards and obligations that apply depend on the service and the locations involved.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Use the in-app support surfaces to make a request or raise a privacy concern.
7. Children and policy changes
TronXVI is not intended for children who are not permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to them. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will update the date above when we do.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the TronXVI team through the in-app help and support surfaces. You can also review the Terms of Service.
