Status methodology
Status is built from persisted monitor observations and timestamped incident records. Missing, stale, or insufficient evidence is shown as unknown rather than operational.
Availability claims
A percentage is shown only with a real sample window, valid-sample denominator, and coverage. TRONXVI does not backfill historical request logs as availability.
Provider context
Provider-reported status is separate from measured TRONXVI integration status. A provider event alone does not prove customer impact.
